$0 to 100K in 90 Days · Week Two of Twelve

The
Rising

Last week you looked at what is. It was heavy on purpose, because you cannot build on a foundation you have never inspected. That work is done.

This week is the opposite motion. Seven days of desire, imagination and frequency. One page per day. You are going to find out what you actually want, why you want it at a level far below the obvious answer, then what it feels like in the body to already have it.

D  Desire  ·  naming what you actually want
W  Why  ·  five layers under the first answer
V  Void  ·  what you are asking money to fill
H  Having  ·  the day you already have it
B  Balance  ·  the two halves of how you hold it
M  Merge  ·  stepping into her, hour by hour
S  Steward  ·  the systems that make you safe to trust

Running every day this week

The daily habit stack

Four things, none of them long. The pages change each day. This does not. By Sunday it should feel less like a protocol and more like how you run.

The recalibration  ·  ten breaths, then tap

Ten full breaths first, slow, all the way out. Then tap each point five to seven times while you say its line out loud. Three rounds, top to bottom, under two minutes. You are naming what is here, releasing it, then choosing what replaces it.

the pattern

What you caught yourself in. Rushing, bracing, comparing, dreading, numbing.

the emotion

The feeling attached to it. Anxious, small, resentful, flat, panicked.

what I am doing

The literal activity. Opening the invoice, driving, answering this email.

the new emotion

What you are choosing instead. Steady, open, clear, willing, calm.

Round one  ·  name it

Side of hand

Even though I am in the pattern and feeling the emotion while what I am doing, I am awareness and I accept where I am.

Side of hand

Even though this the emotion is here, I am not it. I am the one noticing it.

Side of hand

Even though I went into the pattern again, I deeply accept myself anyway.

Round two  ·  release it

Top of head

All of this the emotion.

Eyebrow

This the pattern while what I am doing.

Side of eye

It made sense once. It is not needed now.

Under eye

I release this the emotion from my body.

Under nose

I am safe to let it go.

Chin

It is leaving on this breath out.

Collarbone

I release the pattern.

Under arm

I do not have to carry this into the rest of today.

Round three  ·  choose it

Top of head

I am now choosing expansion while what I am doing.

Eyebrow

Expansion is available to me right here.

Side of eye

Nothing outside me has to change first.

Under eye

Because I am choosing expansion, I get to feel the new emotion.

Under nose

I get to feel the new emotion while what I am doing.

Chin

This is who I am now.

Collarbone

I am awareness. I am choosing.

Under arm

I carry the new emotion into the rest of today.

Finish with one more slow breath. Then go back to what you were doing, as the version of you who just chose.

The sync track is now the primer for workbook days only. Ten minutes before you open the day's pages, breathing with the swell. On days you are not writing, the stack above is enough.

Every day is under an hour, most are around fifty minutes. Do them in order. Days ten and fourteen are the two that need protecting, because both ask you to be somewhere other than your current reality for an hour and that does not happen in twenty minute gaps between calls.

Before you ask why you want it, be specific about what it actually is.

Most people cannot answer this. They say more money, more freedom, more time, which is not a desire, it is a direction. A direction cannot be felt and anything that cannot be felt cannot be magnetised. Today you get specific enough that your body knows what you are talking about.

The 90 day tracker

fill this in every week

This is the only page you come back to every single week for the rest of the challenge. Two numbers each Sunday. What came in, what went out. It takes four minutes and it is the difference between knowing where you are and guessing.

Itemised log

optional, but it is where the pattern shows

Log each payment as it happens rather than reconstructing it on Sunday. Over twelve weeks this becomes the most honest record you have of where your money actually comes from.

Carried in from week one

Before you start, copy across the two things you took out of the audit. They are the floor this week is built on.

The truth you had been avoiding about your current reality.

Old actions out, new actions in. How has the first week of them gone?

The number

start with the obvious one

In 90 days.

Whatever arrives first, however unimpressive.

Getting specific

write in full sentences

Not adjectives. A scene. Where are you, what time is it, what can you hear, what is happening in the next room. Your nervous system responds to scenes and ignores adjectives.

Often clearer than what you would start. Name three things you would never do again.

Not buying. Doing. What becomes available to you that is not available now?

This one matters. If everything changes, part of you will read the money as a threat to your whole life and quietly decline it.

The one that feels greedy, shallow or too much. Write it here. Nobody is reading this.

What you would actually do with it

this is the stewardship question

Most people cannot answer this past the first three things, which is a problem, because money arrives where there is a plan for it. If a hundred thousand landed on Friday and you could not say where it goes, some part of you already knows you are not ready to hold it. Answer these properly.

Percentages. Tax, reserve, investment, business, living, giving, enjoyment. Make it add up to a hundred.

Which accounts, in whose name, in what structure. If the honest answer is one current account, say so. That is the first thing to fix.

Over the next twelve months. What does it pay for, what does it release you from, what does it buy time to build?

Money that only sits still stops moving toward you. What portion goes back out into things that grow, employ, teach or create? Be specific about what and why.

Accountant, bookkeeper, advisor, software, a fixed weekly hour. Name the actual support system, not the intention to get one.

Answer honestly rather than bravely. There is no failure in a no here. There is only a curriculum.

List it. Then put dates on the first two. This list is often the real work of the next ninety days, more than the earning itself.

A useful test. Read your split and your structure back, then ask whether you would trust someone else holding your money to have that plan. If the answer is no, the gap is not belief. It is preparation. Preparation is quick.

Is it yours?

two minutes, honestly

Read back what you just wrote. How much of it is yours and how much did you absorb from someone you follow, someone you compete with, or a parent?
